How To Use STale Bagels

Today we will make a quick snack using bagels! We will be making bagel crackers!

Are you having stale bagels left? Don't throw them away! You can make bagel crackers with stale bagels. These bagel crackers make a perfect snack or you can serve it with soup or use it in salad dips.

They are also very versatile since you can use your own favorite seasoning. You can make sweet or savory versions. Let's use our stale bagels and make some crackers!

Sourdough Discard Cracker

Bagel Cracker Ingredients

✿ Bagel
✿ Olive Oil
✿ Seasoning (To Taste)

Bagel Cracker INSTRUCTIONS | Click here for the recipe video

Cut bagels in desired thickness. Season to taste with olive oil and seasoning.

For mine I used parmesan, minced garlic, italian seasoning, and paprika powder. Mix until evenly coated.

Air fry at 250F for 8 min or until crispy.

TIPS & NOTES
✿ Use your favorite seasoning.
✿ Baking time depends on thickness of the Bagels.
