The summer is approaching! That means it’s time to make some sandwiches for a fun picnic! Sandwiches are an easy item to make for a fun picnic or camping day.

If you’re looking for varieties of sandwiches to make, today I will show you the basics on how to make avocado Tuna salad sandwich. It will be a healthy version salad. A tuna salad with avocado instead of using mayo! It is a healthy, refreshing sandwich packed with healthy fats and protein. You can make this tuna sandwich with avocado for breakfast or lunch. Or you can pack it for your loved ones to take to school or work!

You can turn this avocado tuna salad into the best avocado tuna salad since it’s really customizable. Not only is it a healthy avocado tuna salad it is perfect on sandwiches, you can make this salad to serve it with chips or serve it with lettuce wraps. You can add varieties of ingredients like tomatoes, cucumber and spices to make it how you like it.

Avocado Tuna Sandwich

Avocado Tuna Salad Sandwich Ingredients

✿ 1 Avocado
✿ 1 Can Tuna (280 Grams)
✿ ½ Cup Red onion
✿ Salt & Pepper
✿ Cilantro
✿ Lime Juice
✿ 1 Teaspoon Mustard
✿ (Shokupan) Bread

Cut avocado and onion in squares. Combine all the ingredients for the salad together.

*Adjust ingredients to personal preferences.



Use your favorite bread to make the sandwich. I like to use Japanese milk bread (Shokupan) to make sandwiches. Spread the tuna avocado salad on one slice of bread. Place another slice on top and cut the bread diagonally.

TIPS & NOTES
✿ You can mash the avocado or cut it in cubes depending on your personal preferences.
✿ Customize the salad to your personal preferences by adding some of your favorite ingredients like tomatoes, cucumbers and or spices!
