Crispy chinese salted fried peanuts deep fried or air fried

Today we will learn how to make Chinese fried peanuts! Stir fry peanuts are served as a small appetizer while you wait for your food. You might have seen these Chinese fried peanuts in some restaurants.

Make these fried peanuts chinese style to snack on or serve them with your food. You can add them to your congee for some added crunch! I will show you how to make these fried peanuts on the stovetop and in an air fryer! The air fryer version tastes just as good and they are less greasy!

Chinese Fried Peanut | 油炸花生米

Chinese Fried Peanut Ingredients

✿ Raw Peanuts
✿ Oil
✿ Salt

Chinese Fried Peanut INSTRUCTIONS | Click here for the recipe video

Rinse the peanuts. Shake off excess water. Pat dry with paper towel.





Add to a pan. Add oil to cover the peanuts. Turn on the heat. Cook on medium low heat until mahogany brown. You can also use an air fryer. Add peanuts to the air fryer. Spray with oil. Air Fry 350F for 10 Min.





Spread out the peanuts on a baking sheet. Season with salt to taste.





Let it cool down completely to crispen up.

✿ Let the peanuts cool down completely to crisp up.
✿ The oil starts cold when frying the peanuts.
