Chinese Peanut Brittle 花生糖
Chinese Peanut Brittle Ingredients
✿ 300 Grams Peanuts
✿ 50 Milliliters Oil
✿ 75 Grams Maltose
✿ 70 Grams Sugar
✿ 60 Milliliters Water
✿ Pinch Of Salt
✿ White Sesame Seeds

Rinse the peanuts. Shake off excess water.
Pat dry with paper towel.
Add sugar, water and maltose to a pan. Cook on medium low heat until sugar is dissolved. Add oil and peanuts.
Cook on low medium heat for approx 15 - 20 Min.
Oil will start to separate. Sugar will thicken and become stringy. Once sugar becomes stringy it's done.
Transfer to a lined baking sheet. Do not pour in the oil.
Press into desired thickness and shape. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Press down again.
Then let it cool down for 10 min. Cut in desired sizes. Then let it cool down completely.
