How to make COFFEE Jello

This recipe was inspired by the japanese coffee jelly dessert コーヒーゼリー. Instead of making square coffee jello for the coffee jelly japanese recipe I decided to turn them into cute animals! I used gelatin for the coffee jelly dessert recipe.

Coffee Jello

Coffee Jello Ingredients

✿ 1 Cup Cold Water
✿ 28 Grams Unflavored Gelatin
✿ 3 Cups Hot Water
✿ ½ Cup Sugar (To Taste)
✿ 2 Tablespoons Instant Coffee

Sprinkle gelatin on top of the water and let the gelatin bloom.








Make the coffee. Adjust sweetness and strongness of the coffee by adjusting the ingredients.










Add coffee mixture to the gelatin and mix well until combined.










Add jelly into molds. Refrigerate until set.











Remove from mold.










Add it to your favorite drink or dessert!

TIPS & NOTES
✿ Use any mold to make character jelly!
✿ For a firmer jello add more gelatin powder or less water.
