Donuts Ingredients
✿ 125 Milliliters Milk
✿ 7 Grams Yeast
✿ 280 Grams Bread Flour
✿ 40 Grams Sugar
✿ ½ Teaspoon Salt
✿ ¼ Teaspoon Nutmeg
✿ 1 Egg
✿ 40 Grams Butter

Activate the yeast
Add all the ingredients to a stand mixer. Mix on high speed for 3 min. Place in a greased bowl. Let it proof for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
Flatten the dough. Roll it out in approx. 1CM thick.
Use round cookie cutters or a donut cutter to cut out the donut.
Place donut on a piece of parchment paper. Proof until double in size.
Heat up oil 340 - 350F
Carefully slide the donut in the oil. Remove the parchment paper. Deep fry both sides approx.1 - 2 Min Or until golden brown.
Cool down on a cooling rack
Let's coat them with sugar. I also made some glaze for glazed donuts.

TIPS & NOTES
✿ Roll dough out until desired donut thickness.
✿ Best to coat donuts while still slightly warm.
