How To Make Compound - Garlic Butter
Learn how to make a basic garlic butter today. With simple ingredients you can make your own compound butter. The garlic butter that I am teaching you today is super simple and versatile. You can add your own seasoning to it and the garlic butter can be used for almost anything!
You can use this garlic butter for steak, garlic butter for the bbq or use it as garlic butter spread on bread!
You can keep the garlic butter in the fridge for a couple of days or you can even freeze it and use it for cooking! Use it straight from the freezer, add it to your veggies or when you cook some meat.

Compound Butter | Garlic Butter
Garlic Butter Ingredients
✿ 114 Grams Room Temperature Butter (Unsalted)
✿ 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
✿ ¼ Teaspoon Italian Seasoning
✿ ¼ Teaspoon Black Pepper
✿ ⅛ Teaspoon Paprika Powder
✿ ⅛ Teaspoon Salt
✿ 1 - 2 Cloves Garlic (Optional)

Combine all the ingredients for the compound butter together. Adjust herbs and seasoning to personal preferences.
It’s that simple! The garlic butter is ready! 。◕ ‿ ◕。
Use garlic butter for cooking or spread! Store in the fridge for about 1 week or up to a month in the freezer.
TIPS & NOTES
✿ If using salted butter, don’t add more salt as seasoning.
✿ Add 1 - 2 cloves of minced garlic for a strong garlic flavor.
✿ Freeze some in a ice cube tray and use it for cooking! Throw a frozen cube in the pan, no need to defrost!
