Let’s make some healthy cookies today. Today we will make almond butter cookies. These cookies are packed with healthy fats. These gluten free cookies are made without flour and butter. These cookies only need 3 ingredients and are done in less than 20 minutes! Make these cookies for a quick on the go snack or if you’re looking for a healthier option snack.

Almond butter Cookies

Almond Butter Ingredients

✿ 140 Grams Almond Butter
✿ 75 Grams Maple Syrup
✿ 120 Grams Rolled Oats
✿ Chocolate Chips (Optional)

Combine almond butter, maple syrup and rolled oats until a sticky dough forms. Add in your favorite add-ins. I added some chocolate chips to mine.

Use a cookie scoop the shape the cookies. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake at 350F for 8 min.
