How To Make Muffins In A Blender
Do you always have a busy morning and don’t have much time to make breakfast? Then let’s learn how to make healthy oatmeal muffins! This is a super easy muffin recipe, it’s a blender muffin recipe. Yes we will make the muffin batter using a blender. Just add everything to the blender and blend it!
Pour breakfast muffins mixture in cupcake molds and then wait till the muffins are done! This recipe is very versatile since you can add your favorite fillings and or toppings to the muffins.
These blender muffins are a great breakfast item or a quick on the go snack. They are made with healthy ingredients like bananas and oatmeal. These Banana oatmeal muffins are not only easy to make but also really healthy. This healthy muffins recipe is packed with vitamins, protein and fiber! There is no butter or oil in this muffin recipe.

Breakfast Muffin
Breakfast Muffin Ingredients
✿ ¾ Teaspoon Baking Powder
✿ ¼ Teaspoon Baking Soda
✿ ¼ Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
✿ Pinch Of Salt
✿ Cinnamon (Optional)
✿ Chocolate Chips, Nuts and or Dried Fruits
✿ 80 Grams Rolled Oats
✿ 1 Banana
✿ 1 Egg
✿ ½ Cup Greek Yogurt
✿ 1 Tablespoon Honey

Add all the ingredients except the filling/topping to a blender. Blend until a smooth batter.
Now you can add your favorite muffin filling to the batter. I added some chocolate chips to mine.
Fill cupcake liners ¾ full with the batter. Add toppings on top if preferred. Bake the muffins at 350F for 25 minutes or until ready.
