Garnish:
✿ Whipped Cream
✿ Caramel Sauce
✿ Dark Chocolate Bar (OliveNation 50%)
✿ 1½ Cup Ice
✿ 1 Cup Milk
✿ Double Espresso Shot
✿ 1 Tablespoons Instant Nonfat Milk Powder
✿ 1 Tablespoons Valrhona Cocoa Powder
✿ 1 Teaspoon Salted Caramel Flavor Fountain
✿ Sugar (to taste)

Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
Top with your favorite toppings. I topped mine with whipped cream, caramel sauce and chocolate shavings.
