How To Make Bagels With Yogurt | No Yeast Bagels

Bagels Without Yeast
Today we will learn how to make bagels with less than 5 ingredients! We will be using greek yogurt to make today's greek yogurt bagels. These 2 ingredient bagels don't require any yeast, It’s an easy bagel recipe.

Since it is made with greek yogurt these bagels are packed with protein. I used the oven to make these bagels but you can also use an air fryer to make air fried bagels.

Yogurt Bagels
Yogurt Bagels Ingredients
✿ 1 Cup Flour
✿ 2 Teaspoons Baking Powder
✿ 3/4 Teaspoon Salt
✿ 1 Cup Greek Yogurt
✿ Egg (Egg Wash)
✿ Everything Bagel Seasoning (Topping)

Combine flour, baking powder, salt and yogurt together. Knead with your hands until a dough forms. Dough will be a little bit sticky. Use flour to prevent sticking.
Divide the dough in 4 equal pieces. Shape them into a bagel.
Place bagels on a baking sheet. Brush them with egg wash. Top bagels with your favorite topping. I topped mine with everything bagel seasoning and sesame seeds.
Bake at 375F for 20 - 25 minutes.
Let them cool down a little bit before consuming.

TIPS & NOTES
✿ For these bagels I used non fat greek yogurt. Feel free to use full fat greek yogurt.
✿ Can be baked in the oven or use an air fryer to bake them.
✿ You can eliminate the baking powder and use self rising flour for this recipe.
✿ Feel free to use a stand mixer to make the dough.
