How To Make Bagels With Yogurt | No Yeast Bagels

Today we will learn how to make bagels with less than 5 ingredients! We will be using greek yogurt to make today's greek yogurt bagels. These 2 ingredient bagels don't require any yeast, Itβs an easy bagel recipe.

Since it is made with greek yogurt these bagels are packed with protein. I used the oven to make these bagels but you can also use an air fryer to make air fried bagels.

Yogurt Bagels Ingredients
βΏ 1 Cup Flour
βΏ 2 Teaspoons Baking Powder
βΏ 3/4 Teaspoon Salt
βΏ 1 Cup Greek Yogurt
βΏ Egg (Egg Wash)
βΏ Everything Bagel Seasoning (Topping)

Bagels Dough
Make The Bagels Dough.
Shape Bagels
Divide Dough And Make Bagels.
Bake
Bake 375F | 20 - 25Min
Combine flour, baking powder, salt and yogurt together. Knead with your hands until a dough forms. Dough will be a little bit sticky. Use flour to prevent sticking.
Divide the dough in 4 equal pieces. Shape them into a bagel.
Place bagels on a baking sheet. Brush them with egg wash. Top bagels with your favorite topping. I topped mine with everything bagel seasoning and sesame seeds.
Bake at 375F for 20 - 25 minutes.
Let them cool down a little bit before consuming.

TIPS & NOTES
βΏ For these bagels I used non fat greek yogurt. Feel free to use full fat greek yogurt.
βΏ Can be baked in the oven or use an air fryer to bake them.
βΏ You can eliminate the baking powder and use self rising flour for this recipe.
βΏ Feel free to use a stand mixer to make the dough.
