Double Chocolate Chip Muffin
Double Chocolate Chip Muffin Ingredients
✿ 1 Teaspoon Espresso Powder
✿ 180 Grams Sugar
✿ 1½ Teaspoon Baking Powder
✿ 1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
✿ ¾ Teaspoon Salt
✿ 2 Cups Chocolate Chips
✿ 2 Eggs
✿ 170 Grams Greek Yogurt
✿ 120 Milliliters Milk
✿ 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
✿ 120 Milliliters Oil
✿ 210 Grams Flour
✿ 60 Grams Cacao Powder
Double Chocolate Chip Muffin INSTRUCTIONS | Click here for the recipe video
Add all the liquid ingredients in a bowl. Whisk until combined. Sift dry ingredients. Pour liquid to the sifted ingredients. Mix until combined. Add in desired amount of chocolate chips. Mix again.
Fill mold to top for big muffin. Fill ¾ full for small muffins. Add more chocolate chips on top.
Bake at 425F for 5 Min. Lower the heat to 350F and bake for another 350F until ready.
Cool down on a cooling rack.
