Today we will learn how to make gluten free pancakes! If you’re allergic to gluten or looking for a healthier pancake.

These pancakes are made with buckwheat flour and oatmeal flour which makes these pancakes gluten free! These pancakes have a nice nutty flavor and are a healthier option to a traditional pancake recipe. This gluten free pancake recipe is easy to make and the steps are just like a regular pancake batter. We will be using different ingredients instead. Make these pancakes to accompany your gluten free breakfast, lunch or simple just as a healthier option.

Gluten Free Pancake

Gluten Free Pancake Ingredients

✿ 1 Cup Buckwheat Flour
✿ 1 Cup Oat Flour
✿ 1½ Teaspoon Baking Powder
✿ 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
✿ ½ Teaspoon Salt
✿ 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
✿ 1 Egg
✿ 1½ Cup Milk

To make the pancake batter add all the dry ingredients to a bowl. Whisk to combine. Add the egg and milk and whisk until a smooth batter.










Heat up a non stick pan. Pour in desired amount of pancake batter. Once small bubbles forms on top, flip the pancake. Cook both sides until golden brown.

Serve with your favorite topping!
