Snowball Cookie | Mexican Wedding Cookies

Snowball Cookie Ingredients

✿ 2 Sticks Unsalted Butter (Room Temp)
½ Cup Powdered Sugar
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
½ Teaspoon Almond Extract
✿ ½ Teaspoon Cinnamon
145 Grams Flour
80 Grams Almond Flour
1 Cup Pecans

Coating:
40 Grams Powdered Sugar

Beat butter until fluffy. Add powdered sugar and extracts and beat again until combined.

Mix dry ingredients. Add the dry ingredients to the mixed butter in batches and beat to combine.

Lastly mix in the pecans.

Use a cookie scoop to measure the dough.

Shape in a ball

*Flour hands to prevent sticking
Bake 275F | 40 Min



Cool down for 10 Min. Coat with powdered sugar. Shake off excess sugar.
