Do you have leftover peppers and don’t know what to do with them or have some of you been gardening like me and looking for pepper recipes?

Today we will learn how to make simple pickled peppers. These pickled peppers take less than 15 minutes to make and are very versatile. With this easy method to pickle, you can use your Jalapeño peppers as a side dish, add it to your tacos, serve with rice or add it to your dishes to spice them up. You can make these pickled Jalapeños ahead and store it in the fridge for future dishes.

Pickled Peppers

Pickled Peppers Ingredients

✿ 6 - 7 Jalapeno Peppers
✿ ½ Cup Vinegar
✿ ½ Cup Water
✿ 1 Clove Garlic
✿ 1 Tablespoon Sugar *
✿ ½ Tablespoon Salt *

*Add To taste

Wash peppers and pat dry. Cut jalapeno pepper in desired thickness.






In a pot add vinegar, water, sugar and salt. Bring mixture to a boil. Once boiling turn off the heat . Add sliced jalapeno peppers. Let it sit for 5 min before transferring to a jar .







Transfer to a clean jar. Store in the fridge up to 3 months.

TIPS & NOTES
✿ Add more sugar for a milder/medium spicy pickled peppers.
✿ Water - Vinegar ratio for the pickled peppers depends on personal preferences.
