Today we will make ceviche! Ceviche is made from fresh raw fish marinated/cooked in lime juice. Mixed with a variety of vegetables like avocado, onion, tomatoes, cilantro etc.
You can serve ceviche as an appetizer with chips or make a ceviche taco! For the ones who are on a keto diet this can be a great keto dish since it’s low in carbs!
The knife I used in this video is the Nakano Mito Santoku knife. It is a lightweight all purpose knife handcrafted from high-carbon stainless steel by their master in Japan. The handle is made from natural olive wood and has a sharp blade.

Shrimp Ceviche
Shrimp Ceviche Ingredients
✿ 400 Grams Shrimp
✿ ½ Onion
✿ 1 Jalapeno
✿ 1 Cucumber
✿ 2 Tomatoes
✿ 1 Avocado
✿ Cilantro
✿ ½ Cup Lime Juice
✿ Seasoning (To Taste)

Cut vegetables and shrimp in small squares.
In a bowl add the shrimp. Pour over the lime juice and let it sit for 15 - 30 min until the shrimp is ‘cooked’.
Add all the other cut ingredients and mix until combined.
Serve with tortilla chips or use it to make shrimp taco!

TIPS & NOTES
✿ Adjust amount of vegetables to personal preference.
✿ The lime juice will ‘cook’ the shrimp. If you don’t trust it you can use cooked shrimp.
✿ Adjust seasonings to taste.
