You will be surprised how easy it is to make this whole wheat bread. It is super soft with a chewy texture. I have to say after I started making this brown loaf recipe I never buy whole wheat bread from the store any more. This healthy bread recipe tastes so much better than the store version. The store version might have other ingredients beside whole wheat. This is a 100% whole wheat bread recipe. This healthy brown bread freezes well so it can be made ahead of time.

Whole Wheat Bread
Whole Wheat Bread INGREDIENTS
✿ 235 Milliliters Luke Warm Water
✿ 1½ Teaspoon Instant Yeast
✿ 2 Tablespoons Honey
✿ 355 Grams Whole Wheat Flour
✿ 1 Teaspoon Salt
✿ 42 Grams Butter

HOMEMADE Whole Wheat Bread
Dissolve yeast with lukewarm water and honey. Add the flour, butter and salt. Mix with a spatula until a dough forms . Knead dough for 5 - 10 min until smooth and elastic.
Place in a greased bowl.Cover with plastic Film. Let it rest for 1 hour or until doubled in size.Remove dough from bowl
Flatten with your hands to push out the air bubbles. Shape it into a rectangle. Same width as your bread loaf pan . Roll the dough up to shape it into a loaf. Place in a greased bread loaf pan . Cover with plastic film. Rest for 45 min or until doubled in size.
Bake 350F For 30 -35 Min. Cool down completely on a cooling rack. Optional: Brush top with melted butter for a soft crust.
Slice bread in slices.
