Today’s bento item will be rice cake! Not just a plain boring rice cake. We will be adding a few ingredients to turn it into a yummier rice cake! You know that you can add rice cake toppings? Let’s start with a simple topping.
It is a perfect add on to bento boxes or it can be a healthy snack ideas. The topping we will be using is 70% melted Chocolate and organic peanut butter! It will be like a Reese's cup on a rice cake! I used caramel flavored rice cake for this peanut butter chocolate rice cake. Feel free to use the plain one or other flavors.

Make Reese’s Rice Cake
Top With Peanut Butter And Melted Chocolate.
Add To Bento
Add To Bento Or Have It As A Snack!
To make the rice cake melt chocolate using your preferred method. I am using Chocolate chips. Microwave 30 seconds intervals.
Top rice cake with a layer of peanut butter. On top use a spoon or piping bag to add the chocolate on top. Let the chocolate set if adding to a bento box.
Add it to a bento box for your kids to school or have it for a snack!
