Black Sesame Ice Cream Ingredients

✿ 6 Tablespoons Black Sesame Seeds
✿ 2 Cups Heavy Cream
✿ 1 Can Sweetened Condensed Milk

Prepare Black Sesame Seeds.

Whip Heavy Cream

Whip Heavy Cream Until Soft Peaks.

Mix

Fold In Black Sesame And Condensed Milk.

Freeze & Serve

Pour In Mold And Freeze 8 Hours - Overnight.




Toast black sesame seeds in a nonstick pan until aromatic. Approx. 5 - 8 minutes or until you see some smoke.
Blend sesame seeds into a powder.












Whip up heavy cream until soft peaks.












Add blended sesame seeds and condensed to the whipped cream. Carefully fold it in until combined.












Pour in a freezer safe mold and freeze at min 8 hours or overnight before serving.

TIPS & NOTES
✿ Instead of blending your own sesame seeds, you can use sesame powder as well.
