Salted Egg Yolk Ice Cream
Salted Egg Yolk Ice Cream Ingredients
✿ 6 Salted Egg Yolks
✿ 120 Milliliters Milk
✿ 240 Milliliters Heavy Cream
✿ 200 Grams Condensed Milk
✿ ¼ Teaspoon Salt

If using homemade salted eggs. Separate the whites and yolks. Rinse yolks with water. Place on a steamable plate. Spray yolks with shaoxing wine. Bring a pot of water to boil. Carefully place plate inside. Steam on medium heat 5 - 8 minutes.
Remove from heat. Put salted egg yolks in a blender. Blend salted egg yolks until crumbly. Set aside 1 Tablespoon of salted egg yolk crumbs for garnish. Add milk to the remaining egg yolk crumbs. Blend until smooth.
Whip up whipping cream until soft peaks.
Add the salted egg yolk milk mixture, condensed milk and salt to the whipped cream. Carefully fold until combined.
Pour in a freezer safe bowl. Sprinkle salted egg yolk crumbs on top. Cover with plastic film. Freeze for at least 8 hours or overnight.
Serve when ready!
TIPS & NOTES
✿ You can use store bough frozen salted egg yolk or use homemade salted eggs for it.
