Breakfast smoothies are a great breakfast item to start the morning with. It’s packed with vitamins, fiber, healthy fats and or protein. They are quick to make which saves you a lot of time in the morning.

You can also make them on the go as an easy snack. By picking different ingredients you can change your smoothie into the perfect smoothie for you. You can add additional protein, fiber and or healthy fats to your smoothie. Smoothies are healthy, filling and yummy!

Banana Oatmeal Breakfast Smoothie
✿ 1 Frozen Banana
✿ 1/4 Cup Oats
✿ 1 Tablespoon Flax Seed
✿ 1 Tablespoon PB2
✿ Cinnamon (To Taste)
✿ 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
✿ 1 Teaspoon Maple Syrup
✿ Ice
✿ 1 Cup Milk

Berry Smoothie

✿ 50 Grams Frozen Red Dragon Fruit
✿ 50 Grams Frozen Berries
✿ 1 Frozen Banana
✿ 1 Tablespoons Flaxseed
✿ 150 Milliliters Milk

Oatmeal Blueberry Breakfast Smoothie
✿ 1 Cup Blueberries
✿ 1/4 Cup Banana
✿ 1/4 Cup Oats
✿ 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
✿ 1 Cup Milk
✿ 1 - 2 Tbsp Chia Seed

Matcha Cloud Smoothie
✿ Ice
✿ 1 Cup Milk
✿ Condensed Milk (To Taste)
✿ 2 Teaspoons Matcha Powder
✿ Yogurt (decoration)
