Make Cafe Style Drinks At Home | Strawberry Sago Summer Drink

Today I have another drink recipes for summer. Today’s drink is strawberry sago!

What Is Sago?

Sago are mini clear tapioca pearls. They are similar to tapioca pearls but way smaller and unsweetened. You can usually find them at most Asian grocery stores. Sago pearls can be boiled with water or milk to make a pudding. For today we will add them to our drink!

It takes a little bit more time to make this sago dessert drink than other homemade drinks, but it is totally worth it. This summer drinks is sweet, creamy with some texture from the sago. It is a fun drink to make and serve this non-alcoholic drinks. You can serve this in a bowl to have it as a pudding, sago dessert recipe or in a glass for a drink! Use your favorite liquid like strawberry milk, coconut milk or regular milk.
