What is dragon fruit? Dragon fruit, also known as pitaya or pitahaya, is a tropical fruit that belongs to the cactus species. Dragon fruit is high in vitamin C and other antioxidants.

There are different kinds of dragon fruit. The insides however are usually either red or white. Today we will make a smoothie using white dragon fruit.

Make this dragon fruit smoothie for breakfast or snack. It takes less than 5 min to learn how to make a dragon fruit smoothie and this fruit smoothie gives you a vitamin boost. You can be as creative as you want and add other fruit to the smoothie like banana to turn it into a banana dragon fruit smoothie.

✿ 1 Dragon Fruit
✿ 1 Cup Mixed Berries
✿ ½ Cup Yogurt
✿ ¼ Cup Milk
✿ Favorite Sweetener

Add To A Blender

Blend Until Smooth! ^^

Serve Cold.






Add all the ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth.
