Pie Crust Ingredients
✿ 180 Grams Flour
✿ Pinch Of Salt
✿ 115 Grams Butter
✿ 2 - 4 Tablespoons Cold Water

Add flour, salt and water to a bowl. Rub and press the butter with the flour. Mix until coarse looking and crumbly. Add water in batches until it comes together. You should still see pieces of butter. Press the dough together in a tight ball
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Dust working area. Roll out dough in desired thickness.
Once big enough transfer to a pie dish!
This pie crust can be used for sweet or savory pies. For baked pies or no bake pies.
Bake Pie according to the recipes instructions.
