Use your favorite brownie recipe. Make brownies according instructions. Let it cool down completely before decorating.
Let’s decorate!
Start by spreading out a thin layer of frosting over the brownie. Crush speculaas and oreo cookies into crumbs. Sprinkle on top of the frosting.
Decorate mini oreo cookies with candy eyes. Use edible marker to write on the nila wafer cookies. Decorate with cookies, candies and halloween themed sprinkles!
