Prepare jello according instructions. (use less water for firmer jello).

Pour jello in a heatproof tray or bowl.
Let it cool down and refrigerate until set ( Min 4 hours).

Take out the jello from the mold. Use a knife to go around the edges and carefully pull out the jello from the mold.
Cut the jello into strip in desired thickness.

Prepare some of your favorite toppings to serve it with. For mine I cut up some fresh strawberries and mangos.

Blend up some ice to make shaved ice.

Time to make jello noodles bingsu! Use your favorite ingredients for your bingsu. ✿◕ ‿ ◕✿

For min I used fresh fruit, condensed milk, homemade mochi and ice cream.

TIPS & NOTES
✿ If using a different jello brand, follow instructions to make jello and reduce the water for firmer jello.
✿ Instead of using shaved ice you can add a liquid too, so it will turn into a sweet cold jello noodle soup!
