For this fruit jello I will be using agar agar powder. Agar-agar is commonly used to make pretty agar jelly and you can probably find it in most Asian stores. You can use any of your favorite fruit for this fruit jelly. For my agar agar fruit cake I used seedless grapes, strawberries, kiwi, and peaches!
What is Agar Agar
Agar agar is a vegetarian gelatin substitute. Agar agar is plant based instead of animal based gelatin. The difference between gelatin and agar agar is that gelatin will have a softer texture and agar agar jelly will be firmer.
