How To Make Homemade Ice Tea

Today we will be making a hk style lemon ice tea (凍檸茶)! This is a very popular, refreshing iced lemon tea you can find at most local hong kong diners. It’s a super easy iced tea recipe to make at home and you can adjust your homemade lemon tea to your personal preferences.

I used regular sugar to sweeten the iced lemon tea but you can also use your favorite sweetener to add sweetness to your tea to make the best lemon tea . You could use corn syrup, sugar syrup, rock sugar to sweeten this lemon tea. You can add the sugar in the beginning to sweeten the whole batch or add it afterwards on your own cup.
