โœฟ 2 Teaspoons Baking Powder

โœฟ ยผ Teaspoon Nutmeg
โœฟ โ…› Teaspoon Cloves
โœฟ ยฝ Teaspoon Salt

โœฟ ยพ Cup Pumpkin Puree
โœฟ 120 Grams Swerve (Keto) Brown Sugar
โœฟ 4 Eggs
โœฟ 2 Egg Whites
โœฟ 75 Grams Melted Butter
โœฟ 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Make Batter

Combine the dry ingredients. In another bowl combine the wet ingredients. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, whisking until fully incorporated.

Transfer batter to a loaf pan lined with parchment paper. Spread the batter evenly into the prepared pan. Sprinkle chopped pumpkin seeds on top (optional).

Bake the Bread

Bake for 55โ€“65 minutes at 350F, until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. The bread should feel firm to the touch. Allow the bread to cool for 10 min before transferring to a wire rack.
