Keto Pumpkin Bread Ingredients
✿ 75 Grams Coconut Flour
✿ 30 Grams Whey Protein Powder
✿ 2 Teaspoons Baking Powder
✿ 1¼ Teaspoons Cinnamon
✿ ¼ Teaspoon Ginger
✿ ¼ Teaspoon Nutmeg
✿ ⅛ Teaspoon Cloves
✿ ½ Teaspoon Salt
✿ ¾ Cup Pumpkin Puree
✿ 120 Grams Swerve (Keto) Brown Sugar
✿ 4 Eggs
✿ 2 Egg Whites
✿ 75 Grams Melted Butter
✿ 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Make Batter
Mix Together.
Scoop In Mold
Bake 350F | 55 - 65 Min.
Cool Down

Make Batter
Combine the dry ingredients. In another bowl combine the wet ingredients. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, whisking until fully incorporated.
Transfer batter to a loaf pan lined with parchment paper. Spread the batter evenly into the prepared pan. Sprinkle chopped pumpkin seeds on top (optional).
Bake the Bread
Bake for 55–65 minutes at 350F, until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. The bread should feel firm to the touch. Allow the bread to cool for 10 min before transferring to a wire rack.
