Lo Mein (撈麵) is a classic Chinese noodle dish made with soft wheat noodles stir-fried in a savory sauce. The word "lo" means “tossed” in Cantonese, so the noodles are typically cooked and then tossed with sauce and stir-fried vegetables or protein. I will show you the basics but you can customize – add any veggies or proteins you have on hand.

Lo Mein Ingredients
✿ Lo Mein
✿ 1 Onion
✿ 3 - 4 Spring Onions
✿ 1½ Tablespoon Soy Sauce
✿ 3 Tablespoons Oyster Sauce
✿ 1½ Teaspoon Dark Soy Sauce

Prep Ingredients
Make Sauce.
Cook Noodles
Drain And Rinse.
Cook
Stir Fry Noodles.
Cut spring onion and onion in strips. Combine all the ingredients for the sauce.
Cook noodles according instructions. Then rinse under cold water.
In a pan add some oil. Cook onions and spring onion until fragrant. Add noodles and sauce. Mix and cook until combined.
