Chicken Chow Mein Ingredients
Sauce:
✿ 2 Tablespoons Hot Water
✿ 1 Tablespoon Oyster Sauce
✿ 1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
✿ 2 Teaspoons Dark Soy
✿ 1 Teaspoon Sugar
✿ Salt & Pepper To Taste
✿ 200 Grams Chicken Breast Or Thigh
✿ 1 Teaspoon Soy Sauce
✿ 1 Teaspoon Cornstarch
✿ 1 Teaspoon Vegetable Oil
✿ 250 Grams Egg Noodles
✿ ½ Cup Bean Sprouts
✿ 1 Carrot
✿ 3 - 4 Spring Onions
✿ ¼ Cabbage

Let’s prepare the noodles first. Let it soak in hot water for 1 minute. You could also blanch the noodles if preferred. Transfer noodles to ice water and drain. Set aside until use.
Let's prepare some ingredients! Cut vegetables in thin strips .
Marinate chicken thigh with soy sauce, cornstarch and oil for 30 minutes. Combine all the ingredients for the sauce. Mix until combined.
In a pan add some oil. Cook chicken until halfway cooked. Add vegetables and white part of spring onion. Cook for 1 - 2 minutes. Add noodles and sauce. Mix until combined.
Mix in bean sprouts and green part of spring onion.
Serve hot as a side or main dish
