Steamed Cupcake
Steamed Cupcake Ingredients
✿ 3 Eggs
✿ 80 Grams Sugar
✿ 130 Milliliters Milk
✿ 45 Milliliters Oil
✿ 180 Grams Flour
✿ 2 Teaspoons Custard Powder
✿ 2 Teaspoons Baking Powder
✿ ¼ Teaspoon Salt

Whisk eggs and sugar until combined. Add milk and oil and whisk again. Sift in the dry ingredients. Whisk until smooth.
Place cupcake liners in a cupcake mold or steamable bowl. Add batter. Steam high heat for 15 - 20 min.
Cool down on a cooling rack. Eat while warm or cooled down. Enjoy! ✿◕ ‿ ◕✿
