Beef Marinade:
✿ 1 Tbsp Shaoxing Wine
✿ 2 Tbsp Soy
✿ 1 Tsp Black Pepper
✿ 1 Tsp Sesame Oil
✿ ½ Tsp Sugar
✿ 1 Tsp Cornstarch

✿ 400 Grams Beef Short Ribs
✿ 1 Onion
✿ 3 Garlic
✿ ½ Tsp Black Pepper

Prep Ingredients

Cut Ingredients.

Char Beef.

Beef Ribs

Serve

Enjoy While Hot!



Let’s prep all the ingredients. Cut onion in strips. Mince garlic. Cut beef ribs in smaller pieces.

Marinate the beef. Massage until adsorbed.


Sear beef both sides until charred. Add minced garlic, pepper and onion.

Mix and cook for 3 - 4 min



Serve with a bowl of rice!
