Thin slice the plantain. Coat the slices with a thin layer of oil. I kept mine plain but if you want you can season it to taste with your favorite seasoning.
Place the coated plantain in a preheated air fryer. Air fry at 350F for 8 - 10 minutes.
It’s that simple, your chips are ready! ✿◕ ‿ ◕✿
