Better than take out beef and steak stir fry
Today we will learn a better than take out pepper steak recipe! Pepper steak is one of my favorite take out recipes. Instead of buying it at a restaurant, you can easily make pepper steak at home. You don't need many ingredients for this chinese beef stir fry recipe and it's pretty simple to make.
I find the restaurant version of black pepper beef stir fry on the salty side. By making black pepper beef stir fry recipe at home you can adjust the seasoning to taste and turn it into the best pepper steak. You can also add more beef to your own stir fry beef recipe for more protein! Pepper steak is a perfect side dish to serve with rice!

Pepper Steak | 青椒牛肉
PEpper Steak Ingredients
Sauce:
✿ 1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
✿ 1 Tablespoon Oyster Sauce
✿ 2 Tablespoons Water
✿ 1 Teaspoon Sugar
✿ Pepper (To Taste)
✿ 1 Teaspoon Cornstarch
✿ 2 Garlic Cloves
✿ 200 Grams Flank Steak
✿ 1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
✿ 1 Tablespoon Shaoxing Wine
✿ ¼ Teaspoon Baking Soda
✿ Pepper (To Taste)
✿ 1 Teaspoon Cornstarch
✿ Colored Bell Pepper
✿ Onion

Cut pepper in strips. Add the seasoning and massage in the marinate. Cut bell peppers and onion.
Prepare the sauce as well. ^^
Sear beef on both sides. Remove from the pan. Cook pepper and onions until fragrant. Approx. 3 - 5 Min.
Add in the beef. Mix to combine.
Add sauce and cook until the sauce has thickened.
Serve with rice.
