Twisted donuts
Twisted Donuts Ingredients
✿ 125 Milliliters Milk
✿ 7 Grams Yeast
✿ 280 Grams Flour
✿ 40 Grams Sugar
✿ ½ Teaspoon Salt
✿ ¼ Teaspoon Cinnamon
✿ 1 Egg
✿ 40 Grams Butter

Activate the yeast
Add all the ingredients to a stand mixer. Mix on high speed for 3 min. Place in a greased bowl. Let it proof for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
Flatten the dough. Divide in 10 equal pieces. Shape each piece into a ball.
To shape the donut. Roll the ball into a string. Twist both ends in different directions. Hold both ends and twist together. Pinch to seal.
Rest for 15 Min. Turn the donuts. Rest 15 Min again.
Heat up oil 340 - 350F
Carefully slide the donut in the oil
Deep fry both sides approx.1 - 2 Min
Or until golden brown
Cool down a little
Coat the donuts with a mixture of sugar and cinnamon.

TIPS & NOTES
✿ Best to coat donuts while still slightly warm.
✿ Use Bread Flour for a chewier donut.
