Today we’ll learn how to make Hershey kiss cookies! I enjoyed making these cute looking Christmas cookies. For these Hershey kiss cookies, the cookie batter we will be making will not spread so it will be the perfect cookie to make these Hershey kisses cookies.

Once the kiss cookie recipe is done baking we will add one Hershey kisses on top, making them peppermint blossoms, also known as peppermint kiss cookies. You can use your favorite Hershey kisses. The one I will be using today is Hershey kisses candy cane! It will add a nice peppermint flavor to the cookies.

To make it Christmas themed cookies, we will be rolling the homemade cookie dough in Christmas sprinkles.

🎄 150 Grams Butter
🎄 120 Grams Sugar
🎄 2 Tablespoons Condensed Milk
🎄 220 Grams Flour
🎄 28 Grams Corn Starch
🎄 Christmas Sprinkles
🎄 Hershey Kisses

Cookie Dough

Make Cookie Dough.

Shape

Divide Dough And Roll In Balls.

Refrigerate

Refrigerate Cookies For 30 Min.

Bake

Bake 350F | 10 - 12 Min



Mix butter until soft. Add sugar and condensed milk and mix again until combined. Add flour and cornstarch. Knead until a dough forms.






Divide the dough in desired amounts and sizes. Roll each dough into a ball. Then coat the ball with Christmas sprinkles.






Place on parchment paper lined baking sheet 3 -5 cm apart from each other. Use a teaspoon to press an indention in the middle.
Refrigerate the cookies for 30 Min.






Bake at 350F for 10 - 12 Min. When cookies are ready place a Hershey kisses in the middle. Let the cookies cool down completely.

TIPS & NOTES
✿ Condensed milk is optional in this recipe. Add it for a creamier cookie.
✿ Use a teaspoon or your thumb to press an indention in the middle.
✿ Slightly place the Hershey kisses on top after baking. Don’t press too hard or the Hershey kisses will melt.
✿ Feel free to use your homemade no spread cookie dough.
