Sugar Cookies | Cut Out Cookies
Sugar Cookie Ingredients
βΏ 110 Grams Butter (Room Temp)
βΏ 2 Egg Yolks
βΏ 80 Grams Powdered Sugar
βΏ Pinch Of Salt
βΏ 200 Grams Flour
βΏ 10 Grams Cornstarch
βΏ Β½ Teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Make Dough
Mix Until A Dough Forms.
Roll Out Dough
Refrigerate 30 Min.
Cut Out Cookies
Bake 3450F | 10 - 15 Min.
Beat butter until soft. Add Powdered sugar and beat again until light and fluffy. Add egg yolk in batches. Beat until incorporated.
Sift in the flour. Mix with a spatula and knead with your hands until a dough forms.
Roll out thin in between parchment paper.
Approx. 2mm thick.
Refrigerate at least 30 min.
Transfer cookie dough to a floured working area
Cut out Christmas cookies using cookie cutters!
Bake 350F | 10 - 15 min. Cool down on a cooling rack.
