Chocolate Crinkle Cookie
Chocolate Crinkle Cookie Ingredients
βΏ 150 Grams Sugar
βΏ 70 Grams Butter
βΏ 2 Eggs
βΏ 60 Grams Cocoa Powder
βΏ 1/2 Teaspoon Espresso Powder
βΏ 240 Grams Flour
βΏ 1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
βΏ 1 Teaspoon Cornstarch
βΏ ΒΌ Teaspoon Salt

Make Batter
Mix Until A Wet Dough.
Shape
Roll In Sugar.
Bake
Bake 350F | 8 - 10 Min.
Cool
Cool Down On Wire Rack.
Add sugar and cocoa powder in a bowl. Whisk to remove large clumps.
Add melted butter and whisk to combine. Add Eggs and whisk again. Sift in the flour and add the remaining dry ingredients. Mix with a spatula until combined. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.
Take approx. 1 tablespoon of dough. Shape in a ball. Coat with sugar then coat in powdered sugar. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake at 350F for 8 - 10 Min.
Cool down on cooling rack.
