Chili Udon Noodles

Chili Udon Noodles Ingredients

✿ Udon Noodles
✿ Minced Garlic
✿ ½ - 1 Teaspoon Chili Flakes
✿ Spring Onion

✿ 1 Tablespoon Chili Oil
✿ 1½ Tablespoon Soy Sauce
✿ ½ Tablespoon Dark Soy Sauce
✿ 1 Tablespoon Vinegar
✿ 1 Teaspoon Sugar
✿ 1 Teaspoon Sesame Oil

Sauce

Make The Sauce.

Add Noodles

Enjoy.

Cook udon noodles according to the instructions. Drain and set aside until use.

In a pan add some oil. Add the garlic, chili and spring onion and cook Until fragrant. Add the seasoning and cook until the sugar is melted.

Add the cooked udon noodles and mix until combined.

Garnish with sesame seeds and spring onion.

TIPS & NOTES
✿ Adjust seasoning to personal preferences.
