Butter Cookie | Danish Cookies
Butter Cookie Ingredients
Chocolate:
✿ 100 Grams Unsalted Butter
✿ 60 Grams Powdered sugar
✿ ½ Egg
✿ 110 Grams Cake Flour
✿ 20 Grams Cacao Powder
Vanilla:
✿ 100 Grams Unsalted Butter
✿ 50 Grams Powdered Sugar
✿ ½ Egg
✿ Vanilla Extract
✿ 140 Grams Cake Flour

Whisk butter until soft. Add the powdered sugar and whisk again until combined. Add egg and other liquid (vanilla extract) if used. Whisk until incorporated.
Sift in the dry ingredients. Mix with a spatula until a dough forms.
Transfer to a piping bag. Use your favorite piping tip. Pipe butter cookies in any shape you like.
Bake 340F 15 - 17 Min Or until edges turn slightly brown.
Cool down on a cooling rack
