It’s the holiday season and you might be running around all over during the holidays to organize everything. Take a few minutes break to make these cute oatmeal energy balls to re-energize! Or have your kids make this energy bites recipe to keep them busy, while you’re running errands. These energy balls will be a perfect snack to re-energize or if you’re looking into power bites recipes. It’s packed with healthy fats and fiber!

These no bake energy balls are super simple to make. To make them into cute looking energy balls we will turn them into reindeers!

Oatmeal Energy Balls Ingredients

🎄 60 Grams Nuts
🎄 100 Grams Rolled Oats
🎄 10 Grams Flax Seeds
🎄 65 Grams Peanut Butter
🎄 20 Grams Honey

Blend Ingredients

Blend Ingredients Until Desired Texture.

Knead

Knead Until It Comes Together.

Reindeer-Energy-Ball

Shape

Shape & Make Reindeer!







In a food processor or blender add nuts, rolled oats and flax seeds. Pulse blend until desired texture.











Transfer to a bowl. Add peanut butter and honey. Knead until it comes together. If needed add more peanut butter.







Take about 1 tablespoon of the oatmeal mix. Shape it into a ball. Use sprinkles for the reindeers eyes and nose. For the ears break up some pretzels and stick it in.

TIPS & NOTES
✿ Peanut butter can be substituted with any nut butter you like.
✿ Flax seeds can be replaced with chia seeds.
✿ Instead of honey you can use maple syrup as well.
✿ Use your favorite nuts for these energy balls.
