How To Make Mochi Waffles With Glutinous Rice Flour

Today we will learn how to make mochi waffles using glutinous rice flour. This easy waffle recipe makes crispy waffles on the outside with a chewy inside. These mochi waffles are semi sweet and make for an easy waffle recipe. If you like mochi these waffles will be a must try.

Like usual I will show you the basics for the waffle batter. Feel free to add other flavoring or ingredients to your mochi waffles and to turn it into the best mochi waffle recipe.

Mochi Waffle

Mochi waffle Ingredients

✿ 1/2 Cup Glutinous Rice Flour
✿ 1/4 Teaspoon Salt
✿ 1/2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
✿ Sweetener To Taste
✿ 3/4 - 1 Cup Milk

To make the batter add all the ingredients to a bowl. Mix until a thick batter.

* Depending on the flour brand, adjust amount of milk. Mix until a thick batter.



In a greased waffle maker, add enough batter. Cook for approx 4 - 5 min or until the waffle is ready.







Top with your favorite ingredients and enjoy! ✿◕ ‿ ◕✿

TIPS & NOTES
✿ Add sugar to taste!
✿ Top with your favorite ingredients. I topped mine with a black sesame/peanut powder.
✿ Depending on the flour brand, adjust amount of milk. Mix until a thick batter.
✿ I used condensed milk as sweetener. Feel free to use your favorite sweetener.
