Protein Waffle Ingredients

✿ 4 Eggs
✿ 170 Grams Greek Yogurt
✿ ¼ Cup Milk
✿ 60 Grams Oat Flour
✿ 2 Tablespoons Milk Powder
✿ 20 Grams Rolled Oats
✿ Cinnamon Powder (Optional)

Make Batter

Combine All Ingredients.

Toast Bread And Cook Cabbage Mixture

Cook Until Golden Brown.

Add Toppings

Top With Your Favorite Toppings.




Combine all the ingredients for the batter until smooth.







Add batter to a waffle maker and cook approx. 2 - 3 min until golden brown.








Top with your favorite ingredients and enjoy! ✿◕ ‿ ◕✿

TIPS & NOTES
✿ If you don’t have a waffle maker, you can turn them into pancakes!
✿ Adjust batter to your personal preferences. You can add in sweeteners or other flavors.
✿ You can replace the milk powder with protein powder if preferred.
✿ Rolled oats is added for some texture, if you don’t like the texture you can replace it with the same amount of oat flour.
