Daikon Pork Rib Soup Ingredients

✿ 1 Daikon
✿ 600 Grams Pork Ribs
✿ Ginger
✿ Spring onion
✿ Salt
✿ 2 - 2.5 Liters Water

Prepare Ingredients

Blanch Meat.

Pork Rib Soup

Make Soup

Simmer For 1 - 2 Hours.

Serve Hot.

Prep Ingredients - Clean Meat

Peel the daikon and cut it into medium-sized squares. Set aside. Add pork ribs to a pot and pour in enough water to fully cover them. Add spring onion, ginger, and a splash of Shaoxing wine. Bring to a boil. Remove scum. Rinse pork ribs under cold water.

Start the Soup

Add pork ribs and a piece of ginger to a pot. Add 2 - 2.5L water. Bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to low and simmer gently for 1 hour. Add the daikon and continue simmering for another 20 minutes, or until the daikon is tender and translucent.

Serve

Season the soup with salt to taste. Serve hot and enjoy the light, comforting clear broth.
