✿ 150 Grams Carrot
✿ 150 Grams Cabbage
✿ 20 Grams Hawthorn
✿ 1 Candied Date
✿ 150 Grams Pork
✿ Ginger

Blanch Pork

Prepare Ingredients

Blanch Meat.

Make Soup

Simmer For 1 - 2 Hours.

Prep Ingredients - Clean Meat

Place the pork in a pot and add enough water to fully cover. Bring to a boil and skim off any scum that rises to the surface to ensure a clear, clean broth. Remove the pork and rinse it under cold running water to wash away any remaining impurities. Rinse all the herbs thoroughly. And cut cabbage and carrots in desired sizes.

Start the Soup

Return the pork to a clean pot and add the cabbage, hawthorn, herbs, and carrots. Pour in enough water to cover everything. Cover with a lid and bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Once boiling, reduce the heat to low and let the soup simmer gently for about 1 hour, allowing the flavors to fully develop and the pork to become tender.

Serve

Season the soup with salt to taste. Serve hot and enjoy the light, comforting clear broth.
