Mongolian Beef Noodles
Mongolian Beef Noodles Ingredients
✿ 450 Grams Lo Mein Noodles
✿ 1 Onion
✿ 4 Garlic Cloves
✿ Red Chili Peppers
✿ 4 Green Onions
✿ 450 Grams Flank Steak
✿ 1 Tablespoon Cornstarch
✿ ¼ Teaspoon Baking Soda
✿ 1 Tablespoon Shaoxing Wine
✿ ½ Tablespoon Soy Sauce
✿ Pepper
✿ 1 Teaspoon Oil
✿ 1 Cup Broth
✿ 2 Tablespoons Oyster Sauce
✿ 1 Tablespoon Dark Soy Sauce
✿ 1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
✿ 2 Teaspoons Sugar
✿ Pepper
✿ ½ Tablespoon Cornstarch

Prep Ingredients
Cut Vegetables.
Marinate Beef
Marinate 30 Min.
Cook
Stir Fry Ingredients.

Prepare The Ingredients
Mince the garlic. Slice the onion into thin strips. Cut the steak into thin strips against the grain for tenderness. Slice the spring onions, separating the white and green parts. Thinly slice the chili pepper if using.
In a bowl, mix all sauce ingredients together. Adjust to your personal preference. Set aside.
Marinate Beef
Place the sliced steak in a bowl with the marinade ingredients. Massage well until fully absorbed and evenly coated. Add oil and mix again to ensure everything is well combined. Cover and marinate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to develop.
Cook
Cook the noodles according to the package instructions.
Drain and rinse under cold water. Set aside until ready to use.
Heat oil in a pan. Sear the beef until golden. Cook in two batches if necessary. Remove from the pan and set aside. Sauté the sliced onion and the white parts of the spring onion until fragrant. Add garlic and chili pepper, cooking until aromatic. Return the beef to the pan. Add the cooked noodles and pour in the sauce. Toss everything together until well combined and the sauce has thickened. Add the green parts of the spring onions and give it a final toss.
