Mexican Taquitos Recipe
Today we will make taquitos! Also known as taco dorado, rolled taco, or flauta. Taquitos are rolled up corn tortillas filled with meat like beef, chicken and or cheese. They are deep fried until crispy and served with a sauce. To make it a little bit healthier, today we will be pan frying the taquitos until crispy.

βΏ Salsa Verde
βΏ (Pastor) Chicken

βΏ Sour Cream

Fill Taquito.
Cook Until Crispy
Top With Salsa, Sour Cream And Cheese
Add your favorite filling for the taquitos. I used Salsa Verde, Chicken al pastor, and cheese. Roll it up tightly.
Place the taquitos seem side down in a pan. Cook all sides until crispy.
Top with sour cream, more salsa verde and cheese.

TIPS & NOTES
βΏ If the tortillas are breaking when you roll it, microwave them for 20 - 30 seconds before using.
