Fried Wonton | 炸云吞

Fried Wontons Ingredients

✿ 250 Grams Shrimp
✿ 250 Grams Ground Pork
✿ 3 Spring Onion
✿ 1 Tablespoon Cornstarch
✿ 1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
✿ 1 Tablespoon Shaoxing Wine
✿ 1 Teaspoon Chicken Powder
✿ 2 Teaspoons Sesame Oil
✿ Salt & Pepper

Prep Ingredients

Cut Ingredients.

Make Filling

Season Filling To Taste.

Fold Wonton

Fold In Desired Shape.

Fry

Fry Until Golden Brown And Crispy.


Chop up your favorite ingredients for the wontons. I used shrimp, pork and spring onions.

Mince shrimp.





Add all your favorite ingredients together. Season to taste. Use chopsticks or your hands to mix in one direction until combined and sticky.





To wrap the wonton: Add some filling in the middle. Wet the sides with some water. Close it into a triangle. Slide one corner to the other side.



Heat up oil 375F.
Carefully slide in the wontons. Deep fry for 6 - 8 Min Or until golden brown.

Serve with your favorite sauce.
